Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By registering for or using syncmenu.app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. The Service

syncmenu.app is a menu synchronisation platform that lets restaurant operators manage and publish menu data (items, prices, availability, hours) to connected third-party delivery platforms such as Yemeksepeti, Getir Yemek, and Trendyol Yemek through their official APIs.

We act as a technical intermediary. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the policies of any third-party platform.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You may not share your account or transfer it to another party without our written consent.

4. Subscription & Payment

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription after a 14-day free trial. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Failed payments may result in suspension of your account until the outstanding balance is settled.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation, including the terms of service of connected delivery platforms.
• Upload fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercialise access to the Service without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service — including software, design, trademarks, and documentation — are owned by or licensed to syncmenu.app. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You retain ownership of all menu content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service.

7. Third-Party Platform Dependency

The Service depends on APIs provided by third-party delivery platforms. We are not responsible for outages, API changes, or policy decisions made by those platforms that affect the Service's functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt to such changes in a timely manner.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that synchronisation with third-party platforms will always succeed. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, syncmenu.app's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost revenue.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time through the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Istanbul.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via e-mail or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
